Prices on night-train

hi, I wonder if there is any site where I can find the prices/supplements for night-trains out in Europe and on how to book.

We're taking the night-train:
Prague-->Budapest
Budapest-->Zagreb
Zagreb-->Bologna
Rome-->London (although this trip might take some time 8) )

We know the time for the departure from each and every city but not the prices/supplements.
