Hi!
There is no train to Lefkada (which is an island) or to any city nearby (such as Igoumenitsa). The closest train stations would be Kalambaka or Patras. You can find schedules and tickets from Athens to these cities at [ux]https://rail.shop/ose/[/ux]
However, going by train to one of these cities and taking a bus to Lefkada probably will take longer and be more expensive than to take a direct bus from Athens.
