Hi.
It is subway "U2" which you use from "Trudering, München" to "Hauptbahnhof, München". Use U2 in direction of "Feldmoching, München". Journey time about 18 minutes. Runs frequently every 15 minutes.
At Hauptbahnhof [u]https://rail.cc/en/munich/munich-central-railway-station/l59[/u] you change to the train to Füssen, see the blog mentioned by Flo.
