Hi!

Yes you can return regular Interrail Global Passes before their first date of validity. Usually a 15% cancellation fee applies. Note that Promo Interrail passes (eg Spring Promo discounted passes) cannot be refunded.
You have to apply for refund before the first day of validity at the place/shop where you\'ve bought your ticket.
