Go on the website of Romanian railways: [ux]https://rail.shop/cfr[/ux]
There you can buy your ticket online. If this is not the case (looks like that for this route), go to the station at a ticket window.
The ticket price is about 70 RON = 15 Euro.
The journey time about 9 hours.
