Hi and welcome to railcc!
No, this train (or more exactly this through coach) wont run in 2019; the last time it operated was in 2017. This year there wont be any connection from Hungary (or Slovakia, Czech Republic,...) to Serbia or Montenegro since the line between Novi Sad and Indija/Stara Pazova in Serbia is fully closed due to construction works...
