Hello.
You have routes from Paris to Mannheim/Frankfurt and on to Vienna. There is the the international TGV/ICE which is expensive:
[ux]https://rail.cc/en/interrail-train-reservation/ice-alleo/64[/ux]
[ux]https://rail.cc/en/interrail-train-reservation/tgv-alleo/172[/ux]
Other option is Paris to Zurich and on to Vienna, also including an international TGV Lyria:
[ux]https://rail.cc/en/interrail-train-reservation/tgv-lyria/162[/ux]
Both above are usually only available to reserve at stations.
If you use a national TGV from Paris to Strasbourg or Mulhouse, you can reserve online: [ux]https://rail.cc/en/interrail-train-reservation/tgv-sncf/42[/ux]
Then cross the border to Switzerland (Basel) by free TER. And continue to Vienna by free Railjet (or others) trains.
As soon as you left France, you can travel for free. Find schedules at: [ux]https://plan.rail.cc[/ux]
Cheapest option is Euro 10 by national TGV.
Then the one from Paris to Germany with change in Stuttgart or Mannheim with about 13 Euro.
And finally the most expensive one with 19 Euro is the option Paris to Zurich and on.
Other options available of course as well.
Pete :)
