Hello, I would like to travel around Italy (July) and Spain (August). And I would like to ask you, how can I do reservation for trains? Please, send me an URL link and process, how can I do a reservation (I am writing Months, because I do not know, if there are listed trains)

If you travel with Interrail [ux]https://rail.cc/en/interrail[/ux] , have a look here for trains and reservations.
Interrail reservations Italy: [ux]https://rail.cc/en/interrail-train-reservation/italy/it[/ux]
Italy is easy to travel with Interrail. You will always find free IC and Regional trains. High-speed-trains require a reservation, available online or at ticket machines.
Interrail reservations Spain: [ux]https://rail.cc/en/interrail-train-reservation/spain/es[/ux]
Mostly all connections on long-distance need a reservation. You get the at stations.
