June 10, 2019 I\'m planning a train ride from Rome to Fano. Do I need to purchase tickets prior to the tenth and if so how soon ahead?

Hi Audrey.
Train tickets for June aren\'t available for now. You still have to wait a little bit.
But try for example a date closer to today in March and you will see, train tickets are available for Rome to Fano for less than 20 Euros.
