There are frequent regional trains from Barcelona to Calella. Rodalies (suburban) train line R1 runs about every 30 minutes from several stations in central Barcelona to Calella.
You can find schedules here: [ux]http://rodalies.gencat.cat/en/horaris/[/ux]
Tickets can be easily bought locally at train stations.
