Hi and welcome to railcc!

Should be valid but for exact fares you have to contact either MAV START or ÖBB, sorry.

I think so. But for the nightjet you also need a reservation. For all details regarding FIP it is best to contact the railway companies directly. ;)

Yeah. FIP regulations are quite complicated and it is difficult to get information for someone not working at a railway company. ;)
