In the summer we travel to Barcelona and from there we want to go to Pamplona, the San Fermini festival. My question would be, what kind of distraction can get there, how much time is the journey, and how much are the tickets?
For 2 adults and 3 children (16.13.11 years) I am looking for a return trip between the two cities, if there is no train or bus service?
Thank you for answering!
Have a nice day!

Hi Bernadett!

There are five direct trains between Barcelona and Pamplona/Iruna, operated by Spanish Railways RENFE. You can book tickets online at [ux]https://rail.shop/omio/[/ux] or [ux]https://rail.shop/acprail/renfe[/ux]

During San Fermin the city will be crowded and I can recommend to book train tickets (and accomodation, if needed) as early as possible.
Pre booking time for tickets in Spain is usually about 30 days in advance. However, booking can sometimes open only a few days in advance or more than 30 days in advance for certain routes - I would recommend to check if tickets are already available regularly.
