Hi, can I use this as UE citizen? Are there any age restrictions?

Interrail can be used by all residents of participating countries (everybody who lives in Europe, even non-citizens): https://rail.cc/en/interrail

For everybody else there is Eurail: https://rail.cc/en/eurail

There are no age restrictions, but youth discounts are available.

In summary: EVERYBODY can buy a rail pass, the price depends on your age and whether you live in Europe or not.
