Hi!

On a single travel day you can take as many trains and make as many changes as you want. You have seven travel days which is easily enough to get from Thessaloniki to Greece.

A travel day is from 00:00 to 23:59; for instance if you choose October 18 as a travel day you can travel from 00:00 to 23:59 on October 18.

You can also make use of the 19:00 rule for night trains which is explained (among many other things) here: [ux]https://rail.cc/en/how-to-interrail[/ux] (also available in Greek language).

Please keep in mind that at the moment there is no train connection from Thessaloniki via Skopje to Belgrade: [ux]https://rail.cc/blog/belgrade-skopje-thessaloniki-train/[/ux]
Your only option to go from Thessaloniki to Belgrade by train is to travel via Sofia; this will take two travel days unfortunately (but you can also buy regular tickets on this route which are not that expensive).
