Interrail pass not available to buy in Zaragoza Station

If you call the central office in Madrid (912320320) they will tell you that you can buy your Interrail Pass in any Spanish Renfe station, but I went today (10/09/2018) to Zaragoza Station and they told me that their printer (the only one for the whole region, Aragón) broke two weeks ago and it had not been fixed yet... No comments.
