Hey there,
in my current travel plan for Interrail I have to go from San Sebastián to Paris.
The SNCF website tells me I need to take the Renfe Trenhotel (Sud Expresso) to Hendaye, from where I can take a TGV to Paris.
For the Trenhotel, you normally need a reservation. Do I also need it for that 38 minute travel? I don\'t even need to have seat in that time.
Or can I just go on the train without a reservation?
Thanks for replies!

Yes, you only can use the Sud Expresso with a reservation, but there is a much better option to get from San Sebastian/Donostia to Hendaye:

Take the narrow-gauge railway "Euskotren" from the Amara train station in San Sebastian to Hendaye. This trip is not included in the Interrail pass. but a Single Ticket is cheaper than the reservation for the "Sud Expresso".

You\'ll find the timetable here: [ux]http://www.euskotren.eus/sites/www2.euskotren.es/files/E2%20Lasarte%20Hendaia%20%28uda%202018%29_0.pdf[/ux]
