In case an Iranian wants to travel from Istanbul to Serbia via train (apparently Iranians do not need Serbian visa) and as the train has to pass Bulgaria, should she have Bulgarian visa? Or there\'s no need to get the Bulgarian visa as she wants to go straight to Serbia.

Hi and welcome to railcc!

A visa is required for Bulgaria, even if you do not stay there. You can check if there are transit visa available.
