Traveling from Schipol in Amsterdam to Fredrikstad, Norway. Are small dogs and cats allowed to travel on the train with the family?

Hi and welcome to railcc!
Small pets (cats, dogs,...) which can be carried in a box are usually considered hand luggage and can be transported on board without added costs.
