Good morning,
We are a couple that want to make the reservations for our trip in Interrail but we are having some problems with the reservations because official page is expensive and we actually know that if we make the reservation apart it would be cheapear but we do not know how to do it exactly and the trains that appear in the Interrail app are not the same that appear in the pages you recommend.
It is also true that our trip will start 29th of July, it would be possible that the trains are not available because it is too soon?
What can we do? We would like to know which trains will be available and, if possible, to reserve our seats because we want to find the accommodation and depending on the night trains we are going to spend more or less time in the place where we will accommodate.
Thank you for your time.

Hi NoeliaMartinezJurado and welcome to rail.cc
What is your exact route you want to travel with your Interrail pass?
Then we can have a look at the reservations you need - and which one you can avoid. :)
The Interrail App is an offline tool, updated several times a year and nice to use while travelling.
The tool we use via [ux]https://plan.rail.cc[/ux] is live = real time.
At the second weekend in June, there is the small change in the European train schedules, therefore not all trains are listed for summer. But usually run as the do as well in spring.
Pete :)

Good morning,
I’m very grateful for your preoccupation.
Our rute will be between the 29th July and the 12 August.
- 29th July we would like to travel as early as possible in the morning (08:30h) from Paris to arrive as soon as possible (11:00) to Luxemburg.
- 31th July we would like to travel at noon more or less (15:00) from Luxemburg to Amsterdam, to arrive there at night (22:00) and sleep in the city.
- 4th August we would like to take a night train (19:00) to travel from Amsterdam to Austria and arrive there early in the morning (09:00).
- 8th August we would like to travel early in the afternoon (16:30) from Austria to Budapest to arrive there later in the afternoon (19:00).
- Finally, 12th August we would like to take the train in the morning (11:30) from Budapest to Praga and arrive there in the afternoon (18:30).
Thank you again very much for your time and dedication.
NoeliaM.

Hi Noelia!
Unfortunately online reservations for the TGV from Paris to Luxembourg are not available online at [ux]https://rail.shop/sncf/reservation/[/ux] - you could make a reservation to Metz and continue on the same TGV to Luxembourg or change in Metz to a TER regional train.
Another option would be to buy the reservation at a station in France.
Luxembourg - Amsterdam can be done without extra seat reservations:
a) travel from Luxembourg via Liege - Maastricht - Eindhoven
b) travel from Luxembourg via Bruxelles and then with the IC Benelux to Amsterdam: [ux]https://rail.cc/blog/amsterdam-brussels-train/[/ux]
There are no night trains from Amsterdam/the Netherlands to neighbouring countries; if you want to travel overnight you would have to travel from Amsterdam to Düsseldorf first, then travel by nightjet from Düsseldorf to Vienna: [ux]https://rail.cc/en/interrail-night-train/duesseldorf-vienna-en-40490-nightjet/43[/ux]
Vienna to Budapest is no problem; direct trains are available almost every hour (no seat reservation needed).
Budapest to Prague is no problem, direct trains every two hours (no seat reservation needed).
