Does anyone know what the best way from Dubrovnik to Budva is? Is there a way to get from Budva to Tirana/Durrës? Thank you in advance!

Check [ux]https://rail.shop/montenegrohostel[/ux] or [ux]https://rail.shop/busticket4me[/ux] or [ux]https://rail.shop/getbybus[/ux] - there are a few direct buses from Dubrovnik via Herceg Novi to Kotor, maybe Budva too. Kotor - Budva is just a short trip by local bus if needed.

For Budva - Tirana check website of Montenegro Hostel too; if you dont find buses across the border you can also go by local bus to Ulcinj, then by taxi or local bus across the border to Shkoder, then again with another bus to Tirana.
This summer we took a taxi from Kotor to Shkoder which was not much more expensive than the direct bus but much more flexible/comfortable (about 17€ vs 15€).
