Is it possible to purchase an InterRail pass at Vienna Central Station? Will I get the 15% discount that is currently advertised online? And do I get the pass on the spot or will I have to wait a few days?
Unfortunately purchasing online is not an option for me.

Yes, you can buy the pass at the ticket shop at Vienna Central inlcuding the discount; you will get the pass straightaway. :)
