I\'m doing some trial runs for booking our several Italian trips. We have a 1st class Global Pass, and I notice that the Trenitalia site, unlike so many others, DOES offer "Global Pass" as a discount option. But when I select "Global Pass" the only fare type available on the FR trains is "Standard"? If I select "Premium", which I assumed would be equivalent to 1st Class, the "Global Pass" option disappears. Is "Standard" on the FR trains the quivalent of 1st class on other Trenitalia services?

Frecciarossa have a four class system: [ux]https://rail.cc/en/eurail-train-reservation/frecciarossa/50[/ux]

With rail passes (Interrail/Eurail) you can travel in Standard with 2nd class passes and in Business with 1st class passes.
Thanks for the hint, I will add that information to the above link. ;)
