Hi and welcome to railcc!
You can\'t travel this route only by train. There are no trains to/from Dubrovnik, you have to get there by bus. Also, from Belgrade to Sarajevo (which is on the route to Dubrovnik) there are no passenger trains at the moment.
There is one direct overnight bus from Belgrade to Dubrovnik (scheduled travel time: 17h45, but expect delays to due traffic); book online at [ux]https://rail.shop/getbybus[/ux] or [ux]https://rail.shop/busticket4me[/ux]
On these sites you can also search for other bus services in the area, maybe you want to split the journey and stop somewhere in between. It would be also possible to travel from Belgrade to Podgorica in Montenegro by train; then take a bus from there to Dubrovnik. This may be more comfortable than the direct train.
