how much time does it take to go from Dresden Hbf platform number 13 to platform number 1 ?

Hi and welcome to railcc!

Exit the train on platform 13 and walk to the end of the platform. Turn right and walk to the stairs leading up to platform 1. You can save a little time if you leave the train at platform 13 at the very front (first door).
