Hey.
Does anybody know how to get to Gibraltar from either Lisbon or Madrid ?
The only routes that I can find takes several days.

Hi ... :)

there are no direct trains to Gibraltar as there is no rail station, but you can use a bus:

there is a bus every 30min-1hour from Algeciras (which you can reach by train) to La Línea (still in Spain).

To find rail connections to Algecira: https://rail.cc/en/search-train-route

When you arrive in La Línea, you then have to walk 3 minutes to the border, cross the border to Gibraltar and then you can either jump into the next bus to the centre of Gibraltar and Europa Point (every 15 minutes) or you continue by foot to the main Casemates Square (use a tunnel under the city walls - easy to find, just ask and only a 10 min. walk).

Extra information: the bus station in Algeciras is in front of the station (only a little sign for buses). You will have to pay less than 2 EUR one-way. To cross the border to Gibraltar you need sometimes in the summer months more than 1 hour!

And don't forget to go to Tarifa Beach: it is one of the best places for surfing! :)
