how do i know that i have to reserve a ticket on train (buy) or just use my interial pass without ticket ,

how do i know which trains need no reservation


how difficult or easy to find a not required ticket trains in
1. germany (berlin)and Czech republic (Prague)

2. Czech republic (Prague) and austria Vienna
3. austria Vienna and switzerland (bern)


plz help
