Does anyone know if its possible to carry a bicycle on the train from istanbul to bucharest?

Hi and welcome to railcc!

There are no dedicate facilites to store bicycles on that train. What would probably work is to dismantle your bike and put it in a bag; then take the bag with you and store it somewhere in your compartment.
