Hi!
Are you travelling with a rail pass (Swiss Pass, Eurail, Interrail)? Or are you going to buy single tickets?
Bernina Express trains run directly to Tirano, Italy. The station of RhB (Rhaethian Railways is just across the square from the Trenord station where trains to Milan depart:

You do not have to change trains.
Immigration and custom procedures may be carried out at Tirano RhB station, but usually you can leave the station without any controls.

Thank you for your information Flo,
Yes, we have Swiss pass for Bernina Express.
so please correct me if I\'m wrong,
we can sit tight on Bernina Express till it hit Tilano (Trenord Station) then we can across the square to Rhb Staion and catch another train to Milan
Don\'t need to wait for any immigration. Correct?
Thank you once again ^^

It\'s the other way round. ;)
You arrive at Tirano RhB station (with Bernina Express). And then have to walk across the square to Tirano Trenord station to get your train to Milan. Tickets are available in the cafe/bar on the left hand side of Tirano Trenord station.
There may be random immigration controls or not - I can\'t tell you. ;)
