Good day.
Tell me, please, for tickets purchased individual tickets through the Internet from Lucerne to Zermatt
cost CHF 118.00, I can return the next day to Lucerne, or I need to
buy a new ticket from Zermatt to Lucerne.

Where on "the internet" did you look for tickets? ;)
Anyways, 118 CHF is the one-way fare in 2nd class for going from Lucerne to Zermatt via Bern and Visp. A full fare return is double the price: 236 CHF
