Hi and welcome to railcc!
No, there are no showers at Villach Hauptbahnhof (central station). You could ask at a nearby hotel or head to Warmbad Villach (thermal spa), but this might be a little bit hectic in just 90 minutes. Which trains are you going to take?

OK so the thermal spa wont be an option. I\'d try either at a hotel in the vicinity of the station or at Jugendherberge (youth hostel) in St Martin: [ux]http://www.oejhv.at/index.php?id=175[/ux]
