can somebody move this to Arabic? Otherwise, I think they where asking how to get from Kermanshah to Tehran to Mashad by train, making it a tour of the North.
While there is a train connection from Tehran to Mashad, it doesn't exactly pass through what is usually considered the north. There is no trainline alongside the coast.
