Hi there!

We are going on our first Interrail trip, and we have a question. We have the following connection: Ljubljana (21:05) - Dobova (22:42), Dobova (23:05) - Zagreb (23:36), Zagreb (00:35) - Split (07:57)

I\'ve made some research, and apparently the train from Ljubljana to Zagreb is direct with the same schedule. So all of them stop at Dobova? And my second question is if they go often on time, as there is little time for changing trains in Zagreb if there is a delay.

Thank you!

Hi and welcome to railcc!

You are correct, the train runs directly between Ljubljana and Zagreb. It is this night train: [ux]https://rail.cc/en/interrail-night-train/villach-belgrade-d-315-411/174[/ux]

The train changes its train number in Dobova, thats why there might be a change of trains shown. However, it runs directly and you do not have to change.

The train normally runs on time however the border control at Dobova can take longer sometimes; delays of one hour in Zagreb are very very rare though so I would have no worries taking that connection.
