I am going from Toulouse to Barcelona and connecting to a high speed train at Narbonne. How big is the Narbonne train station. Is 7 min enough for a connection?
Connecting between TER and SNCF at Narbonne.

Hi and welcome to railcc!
There station of Narbonne is not too large; there are six platforms with an underpass connecting them.
With what kind of ticket are you travelling? Single ticket from Toulouse to Barcelona or rail pass with a reservation for Narbonne - Barcelona?

thanks Flo, I did the booking through Rail Europe site. It\'s under a single booking but I have two different tickets ( Toulouse to Narbonne via TER and Narbonne to Barcelona via SNCF). Does having a single ticket makes a difference?

OK. This is no problem then; you have a single booking (a single ticket is not available for this connection as the TGV/AVE to Barcelona is a "Global Price" train - no need to get into details here ;) ); with your single booking (Toulouse - Narbonne - Barcelona) you have passenger rights for the whole trip; so if you would miss the connection in Narbonne due to a delayed train from Toulouse you would have the right to get an alternative, later connection to Barcelona as well as a refund for your delay when arriving in Barcelona.
