Hi Nicolle and welcome to railcc!

There is no direct train between Sofia and Cluj. If you want to travel by train, the best option is to go from Sofia to Bucharest:

Sofia 0900 - 1858 Bucharest

and then take the night train to Cluj:

Bucharest 2200 - 0733 Cluj-Napoca [ux]https://rail.cc/en/night-train/bucharest-cluj-napoca-ir-10641/560[/ux]
