I want to find information about trains back to Sønderborg from Copenhagen. I was trying to find information on various websites but couldn\'t. I am looking for trains on 31st July 2017 after 20 - 21:00 ( 8-9pm ).

I recommend looking for trains and booking on the website of Danish Railways DSB at [ux]https://rail.shop/dsb[/ux]
However, booking for trains on July 31 is not open yet. You can look for the general timetable here: [ux]http://www.dsb.dk/globalassets/pdf/koereplaner/intercity/k17/dsb-k17--icoglyn-.pdf[/ux] (from page 60 onwards). Due to comprehensive construction works on the network timings are subject to change, I recommend checking timings for your travel date on the DSB website as soon as timings are available (currently timetables are available until July 19 only).
