Hi,

in general you do not need any reservation for travelling in the Netherlands. The only train where you need a reservation is the Thalys high speed train on the international route from Amsterdam via Rotterdam to Brussels and Paris: [ux]https://rail.cc/en/interrail-train-reservation/thalys/41[/ux]

For international trains it depends on the train type. For some trains you need a reservation, for some trains you dont. If you post your route or a connection where you do not know if you need a reservation we can help you. :)
Trains with/without reservation for all countries: [ux]https://rail.cc/en/interrail-train-reservation[/ux]

If you have to change trains and both trains require a reservation you need a reservation for each train.
You can buy reservations for most trains at train stations; in some countries (Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland, Spain) a booking fee might be added.
