Hi there,
Where can I find a precise train schedule for the day train from Podgorica to Beograd?
Is anyone able to tell me how long the train ride takes aproximatly? Do you recommend to split the train ride in two days and stop somewhere in between? If yes, where is it best to do the stop?
Thank you very much for your help

Hi Anne welcome to rail.cc,
I recommend to use the schedule planner of Serbian Railways at [ux]https://rail.shop/sv[/ux] (use "Beograd").
Due to constructions works in Serbia there is currently a replacement bus service in operation from Lajkovac to Belgrade (this is mentioned in the schedule planner). This is likely to last until the summer, about mid June. During the summer, the train will then run all the way through from Bar via Podgorica to Belgrade and also the two night trains on this route will operate: [ux]https://rail.cc/en/interrail-night-train/montenegro/me[/ux]
I would recommend to travel the whole route in one go; from what I have seen the cities along the way are not too special - but have a look, maybe you find something interesting for you. The largest cities along the way are Bijelo Polje, Prijepolje, Priboj, Uzice, Pozega and Valjevo.
If you have more questions please ask :)
