From Paris to London there are express trains "Eurostar": [ux]https://rail.cc/en/train-type/eurostar/78[/ux]
Dogs are unfortunately not allowed on Eurostar services. Only guide and assistance dogs are allowed.

Hi.
There are as well buses on the route from Paris to London. But all I know only allow guide dogs.
