The night train runs to Malmö only: [u]https://rail.cc/en/night-train/stockholm-malmoe-nt-1/139[/u] In Malmö you have to change to a regional train to Copenhagen.
Click the link and you find timings and links where to buy. Tickets for the summer should be available from March 8.
