Rules for Interrail YOUTH ticket - can I use it ?

There are 3 questions about the Interrail youth ticket:

My birthday is 20 July,1982.
1. Can i take the ticket Interrail for young ?
2. if i can, can i choose the day,20 july, to start to be valid?
3 one month, it means from 20 july to 19 Aug, doesn't it?

Hi.

You can buy and use a YOUTH InterRail ticket if the first day it is valid is the 19th of July 2008. because then you are still 25.
When the first day your ticket is valid is the 20th of July, you have to buy an ADULT one.

And if you buy a One Month Global InterRail Pass starting the 19th of July, it is valid from the 19th of July 00:01h in the morning until the 18th of August 23:59h at night.
