Hi
I\'m planning a trip through Romania in August/September. I\'ve found a seasonal connection from Sibiu heading to Mangalia (IR 1921). interrail.eu writes: "Couchettes and sleepers added to Intercity and InterRegio trains on overnight routes." However, I could not find any informations about couchettes on this particular train (and the train is not listed under night trains in Romania on here). Do you know whether this is a normal IR-train or if there are any couchettes/sleepers available?

Thanks for your answer!
Pascal

Hi Pascal,

I have not yet included any summer season trains to the Black Sea (Constanta/Mangalia) on https://rail.cc/en/interrail-night-train/romania/ro
I will check this and hopefully have an answer shortly. ;)

Hey,

information about the composition of the summer season trains will be available about four weeks in advance only; however, you can have a look how the train looked like last year here in the video. ;)

Thanks for your research! So I\'m just going to wait a few months now and then I\'ll try to figure it out. The train in the video doesn\'t look as if it offers pleasant sleep though...

No, definitely not a comfortable experience on these coaches travelling overnight! ;)
