Hi, i'm going travelling for a month in a couple of weeks and j was wondering what the best way to take money is? I will be taking a few hundred euros in cash but i'm scared i will lose it or have it stolen if i have all my money in cash! Also i need hungarian and croatian money as well as euros so i don't know what my best move is? Do i just use my card and get big amounts out throught the trip?

Hi.
I always have a credit card with me and just get the money from cash machines.
And some EUROs in cash, just in case.
It is usually as well possible to get cash from ATMs by bank cards (Maestro symbol).
So no worries - you will be able to get money while travelling - but ask your bank before if (and how much) you have to pay on service fees withdrawing money outside of your country of residence.

Like Peter said, withdrawing money with your bank card is no problem however you should ask your bank about fees charged.
You can also use money exchanges if you have a surplus of Euros but pay attention to the rates they offer.
I used to carry all my money in cash with me, having sewn in 100€ notes in different parts of my clothing and equipment - never had anything stolen. If you are carrying big amounts of cash (especially during the first part of your trip) you also might want to consider taking a small bag with you for carrying parts of it underneath your clothes (or a money belt) - also useful to carry passport and ticket.
