Hello, I live in Turkey but I have both Turkey and US citizenship (dual) and I only have a US passaport. I was going to buy an interrail pass today but when It asked for my passaport info and country I found out that US was not in the list and If I pick other It says that I must have lived in a European country for more than 6 months in order to buy an interrail pass, can I just pick Turkey and enter my US passaport info or what do I do?

The NR of your ID-be it passpt or ID-card will be printed on the pass, so the only way out is: get yourself a Türk-ID. Which to me seems rather obvious and I am surprised you do not have one already.
BUT; with just a Túrk ID you will not be granted admission to all Schengen countries, which form a large part of the region where interRail is valid-and conductors (if they check, which as such is rare) will be surprised and start asking questions, you may run into trouble.
Also note, that those from out of Europe, incl USA, can buy al kinds of Eurail passes-here is a giant list of possible variations, and If you are junior<26,these need to cost much more as IR and may offer more possibilities.
