Hello,
During my interrail travel starting tomorrow, I will have to travel through Paris, and I have to change stations there. I need to go from Paris Nord to Paris Austerlitz, and there are several options possible. I don't have the time required for a walk, so this option unfortunately is not possible. The best options would be going by metro or the RER train (?). I was wondering if any of you know if one or both of these options are included in the interrail pass, or if I should buy a ticket for them.

Hi!
The best option is to get a metro ticket (should be 1,70€; dont buy from scammers) and travel with metro 5. Then you also cross the Seine on a bridge and stop on the top floor of the Gare d'Austerlitz - one of the best metro stations in Paris! ;)
RER doesnt make much sense as it would certainly take longer and include a complicated change of lines. Also, you should have to pay for the first leg from Gare du Nord to Saint Michel as this part of RER B it is operated by RATP, not SNCF.
Are you going to take a night train from Austerlitz?

Alright then, I'll take the metro. I will take a night train indeed, the one to Nice, so that I can go to Italy in the morning.

OK I see. I am also staying in Nice at the moment, but I guess I'll be still sleeping when the night train arrives. If you are not in a rush you could go two stops with TER to Villefranche-sur-Mer and have breakfast there directly at the beach which is rather nice.

Aha ok, I'll see. It depends on my family, they'll have to pick me up in Italy. One last question, I was filling in the pass for the coming 2 days, but do I need to fill in every travel (for example: Amsterdam - Nice) or every train? (Amsterdam - Paris, Paris - Nice)
