me and 1 of my friends have bought the 1 month continous ticket and are flying into prague onto bratislava to budapest to krakow to berlin to munich to amsterdam finishing in brussels. is this possible. also have heard bad stories about bratislava should we skip this city. finally how much money would be needed for us taken into account we wil b drinkn most if not all nights. any help would be appreciated

Hi there,

Yep, your intinerary is emminently doable. Allowing at least 2 nights/3 days for each place. Take night trains to avoid wasting days sitting on the train where the scenery isn't amazing.

For spending, I allow 17- 20 pounds a night for a hostel in the West and maybe half that in the East. I allow myself 20 quid daily spending: that's for rail supplements, eating and everything. Drinking is cheaper in the east of course but you'll find that supermarket alcohol is very cheap in the West.
