Hello everyone,
The 24th of july, I'll be travelling from the camping I was at with my parents to Munich, where I'll start my interrail journey with some friends. I already found the route and according times I want to take:
11:49 Alassio - Milan 14:50
15:05 Milan - Verona 16:28
17:02 Verona - Munich 22:21
The first two trains are regular IC's in Italy, the third one is the EC. I already made the offer through the interrail reservation service, but I was wondering if it is also possible to do manually. I found that I could reserve the EC on Bahn.com, but I can't find the way I can reserve seats in the Italian trains (all trains have mandatory reservations by the way). Is it possible to do these reservations by myself?

Hi!
You can get the reservations easily by yourself - just go to a larger station with a ticket office and buy the reservation there.
For the domestic Italian trains you can also buy the reservations online or at a ticket machine in Italy. The IC from Milan to Verona is a Frecciabianca, reservation is 10€. You can think about taking a free regional train instead.

Thanks for the help, with an extra bit of googling I found how to do it through the Trenitalia website. I kind of need the Frecciabianca since I want to get to Munich, and since I have to get to the station from a camping from the next town, I prefer not to take the train of 8:50 in the morning :) . Do you, by any chance, know if there is any alternative for the thalys from Amsterdam to Paris? I've booked it already since I don't have a lot of time left, but I couldn't find any alternative.

There are many alternatives - hourly IC trains from Amsterdam to Brussels as described here: https://rail.cc/blog/amsterdam-brussels-train/
To continue to Paris you can either travel by IC from Brussels to Lille in France via Ath - Tournai/Mouscron or you leave the train coming from Amsterdam in Antwerp already and travel via Gent - Kortrijk to Lille.
From Lille either take a TGV (fast but with compulsory reservation) or travel by TER (regional trains) via Amiens.
