Is this a possible route in 22 days? Do I have to reserve a ticket on all the trains? How do I do that?

Amsterdam -> Brussel -> Paris -> Nice -> Venezia -> Firenze -> Roma -> ferry to Barcelona and fly home to Norway :)

Would appreciate some information regarding this route :) Thank you! :D

Hi!

Yes, no problem to do within 22 days.
You can travel every route without reservations, however on some parts it makes sense to travel with high speed trains or night trains for which you need a reservation.
Amsterdam - Brussels: https://rail.cc/blog/amsterdam-brussels-train/
Brussels - Paris: The direct Thalys high speed trains are very expensive (20€) so I recommend to travel with regular trains to Lille, then either take a TGV (reservations via [ux]https://rail.shop/sncf/reservation/[/ux]) or with regional trains via Amiens.
Paris - Nice: https://rail.cc/blog/paris-lyon-marseille-train/ - instead of a TGV to Marseille, book one to Nice. Alternatively take the overnight train.
Nice - Venice: https://rail.cc/blog/marseille-mailand-train/ - from Milan to Venice use the Frecciabianca high speed trains
Venice - Florence - Rome: Either travel by high speed trains Frecciarossa or Frecciabianca or take slower regional trains.
