Hi there,

I was a bit confused about the outbound journeys for the One Country passes. I want to combine a Hungary and Croatia pass, but it's cheaper for me to fly to Slovakia than Hungary. Can I use my outbound journey from Bratislava to Budapest? Will my inbound journey from Hungary count for the same thing in Croatia?

Many thanks

Hi!

Interrail One Country Passes do not include any discounts or outbound/inbound journeys in your country of residence.
If you start from Bratislava you would need an extra ticket to the Hungarian border at Szob (Gr) which you can buy locally at the station.
When going to Croatia, your OC pass Hungary is valid until the border at Koprivnica (Gr), from where your OC pass Croatia is valid. You would have to pay one travel day on each pass.

We are official partners of interrail.eu - to support the free information and the forum on railcc, please be fair and buy your official Interrail pass via our railcc partner link: [ux]https://rail.shop/interrail[/ux]
Thank you! :)
