Valencia to Seville: Renfe Spain pass reservation

hi,

we are a group for 7 travelling to spain in June. We have purchased a 4 day renfe train pass.

I am trying to validate the pass and make a seat reservation for 12th June Valencia to Seville, but the renfe website says that there are no trains available on that day. But when I look for individual tickets trains are available from valencia to Seville.

Can anyone help.
