Hi.
Either the departure or the arrival day has to be one of your travel days. But often the ferry companies aren't interested in your travel days, they only want to see your InterRail ticket. So you can try as well not to loose one of your days.

Hi,
im planning to interrail next summer through europe, amongst others also through finland and sweden. I found following information that could be helpful for other interrailer especially for those with little income:

You can book the ferry trip from stockholm to helsinki online.

after tiping in the departure and destination of the trip you can chose on step 2: Special cabins and shared cabin spaces --> click on show

There you can chose C, (Fe)male, quater of cabin for 31 Euro regular, in the step where you are asked for tiping in coupons or promotions codes insert interrail and your reduced price is 15 Euro. =)
